Dana Clark is an international human rights and environmental lawyer and President of the International Accountability Project in Berkeley, California. Jonathan Fox is Professor and Chair of the Latin American and Latino Studies Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Kay Treakle is a program officer in the Environment Program at the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation.
